• 3 days all inclusive* conference package single room category A:  620€/person
• 3 days all inclusive* conference package single room category B:  580€/person
• 3 days all inclusive* conference package double room category A: 530€/person
• 3 days all inclusive* conference package double room category B:  580€/person                                                                     *All inclusive packages includes: program, meals and accommodation for two nights (Wed-Fri)
• Day visitor:  (incl. one meal and coffee according to the program)  150€/day/person

Extras:

Social evening: 60€/person

Gala dinner: 70€/person

• 3 days all inclusive* conference package single room category B:  610€/person

Room reservation

• If you are going to book a double room please let us know in the additional info box if you have a roommate request or whether you are reserving a spot from a woman or a man room.

Transportation 

• Transportation will be available from and to the Helsinki airport upon request and with extra cost. 
• Transportation from the Helsinki railway station can be arranged as well on Wednesday morning. 
• Let us know in the additional info box if you are interested of transportation. 
• Once you have your flight information please let us know and we will arrange tranportation

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellation has to be done by email. Cancellation is confirmed when the information of a cancellation has reached Kisakallio. 50% of the value of the reservation is refunded if the cancellation has been made before 20.2.25.

Reservations cancelled after 21.2.25 and no shows are non-refundable. Terms apply also to partial cancellations.

Reservation can be transferred to another person if the transfer has been done by email before 11.3.25
